On Saturday, my Mom, Tim and I took Trent and Jake to my hometown's Winter Festival. Trent and Jake always have a blast playing in the snow and going sledding. The first stop was sledding and they loved it.
I love Trent and Jake's expressions...pure happiness!
From sledding they went and played in the snow. The snow was more like ice, but they didn't seem to mind.
The boys went back and forth from playing in the snow to going sledding. They fit a train ride in, watched Santa light the tree, ate popcorn and made some crafts. We also listened to the high school marching band, which my nephew John is in play Christmas music.
The Winter Festival is a fun way to get into the Christmas spirit.
