Terra...9 months

In the past month, Terra has gotten 5 teeth in. It started with her top middle teeth popping thru and then the teeth just kept coming. She now has 7 teeth and her 8th is making it's way up (4 on the top and 4 on the bottom).  She looks so cute with her teeth, but I already miss her gummy smile. Terra has outgrown her baby swing and her activity center all she wants to do is zoom around in her walker. She loves following us around the house in her walker and getting into trouble. She likes to open our dresser drawers and pull clothes out and tries to grab everything within her reach. She is playing a lot more independently these days. After her morning bottle and while me and Trent get ready for the day she likes to play with her toys in her play pen. She definitely has no problem letting me know when she is done playing and wants to do something else.
Terra is still crawling around like a wounded solider, but in the past few days is working on getting her legs up underneath her. She is pulling herself up to a standing position in the play pen, coffee table and just about anything else she can get to. Trent and I say through out the day...we are in trouble.  She is just so active and likes to get into whatever she is not supposed to...just like she should.
Terra had her 9 month check-up today. She is now 19 lbs. 3.5 oz and 29 1/2 inches long.  The best part of the appointment was that she didn't have to get any shots.  She does have to get some routine blood work done, which I am not looking forward to.
Terra is eating a few new foods like yogurt and tofu. She is doing really well picking up puffs and small pieces of food and putting them into her mouth. She is still doing well with the sippy cup and is figuring out how to drink more water out of it every time.
Terra in her walker and is taking her princesses for a ride too. Terra insisted on sleeping with Snow White and Cinderella, so they now reside in her crib.
Fancy purple shoes that every little girl needs.
Having fun on the swing that our neighbors passed on to us when they moved. Trent insisted that he wasn't too big...sure Trent!
My Loves!
