My cuties!

Terra finally said yes to getting her face painted. It might have helped that it was Auntie Ashley that was doing the painting. She loved her pretty butterfly.
 She loved her lollipop too!
And then you have crazy eyes or the Green Lantern...whatever he was going for he looks nutty!
Terra singing the ABCs to Daddy and Uncle Todd
Dressed up so pretty for Mommy on Mother's Day
Love how Terra looks up at her big brother.
Not sure what I would do without these two.
Uncle Jeff and Auntie April brought back a KinderEgg for Terra. Terra loves watching YouTube videos of opening eggs...eggs with toys in them.
She loved opening the egg and seeing her surprise.
Madison takes the best pictures of Terra. Love this one!

Trent's Cool Invention and April's Citizen of the Month

Trent had a big week last week, which was just what he needed. In 5th grade each student creates an invention, they make a commercial and its displayed at Science Night. Trent came up with the Dice Flinger 2000...while playing a game your hand might get tired from rolling the dice, so now with the Dice Flinger it rolls the dice for you. Leave it to Trent to think of something to make the "hard" task of rolling dice easier.  Heaven forbid he get tired or winded from anything. I think he just wanted to make a catapult. Trent and Tim had a great time making the Dice Flinger 2000.
Dice Flinger 2000
Trent's friend Jonah made the Ball Buddy. It stores 5 basketballs, it's your buddy on the basketball court.
Trent's friend Karina made this cool desk for doing homework.
Terra loved brushing the pony...I have never figured out why they have a petting zoo at Science Night.
On Friday, Tim and I were invited to see Trent get April's Citizen of the Month Award for the character trait on Generosity. He was so excited to see us and to get Citizen of the Month. This is what Mrs. Bialon had to say about Trent:
"Trent is generous with his kind words, joyful heart, and caring personality. Trent is always ready to lend a helping hand, offer comfort when needed, or say an encouraging word to a classmate.  Trent's laughter and joy are contagious and I love having him in my class!"

Mr. Bugbee the Principal giving Trent his award.
Tim and I could not be any prouder of Trent. He is definitely generous with his love, affection, time, smile and I could go on and on. We are so lucky to have him as our son.
Love this boy so much!

Miss Terra

At 2 1/2 years old Terra already has her own sense of style...I think she calls it "Princess" or maybe that's what she is calling herself.  :) I have surprised myself with how lenient I have been with what I allow her to wear. She wears headbands/bows/tiaras that don't match her outfit, but my thought is as long as she is happy then I might as well let her wear it...she is wearing it, not me.
She wore her cute Minnie Mouse headband to school.
Terra has been interested in nail polish lately. She will scratch at my nails and wonder what the heck is on them. So, the other day I got out the nail polish and she was so happy to get her nails painted. She would put her hands up to people so they could see her pretty nails.
 Cute little painted piggies.
Having fun at the park. Silly girl!
