4th of July in Chilly San Francisco

We haven't seen the Sentlingers in a year and a half...that is way too long. We made it up to San Francisco on Sam and Matteo's birthday, we were so happy to celebrate their 3rd birthday with them.
Road trip!! Terra's first really long car ride.
She did pretty well during the 6 hour drive.
Golden Gate Bridge.

Sam and Matteo opening their birthday presents.
 Cute 3 year olds!
And then there is this one...
 Playtime! Matteo jumping around.
We explored San Francisco and our first stop was the Exploratorium.
Trent trying to pour water into the tiny cup.
 Terra exploring...
This piece took 37 years to build. WOW!
Trent and Luca had a great time walking around the Wharf, Pier 39 and playing old school arcade games.
It was a beautiful day in Santa Cruz. We spent the day riding carnival rides, walking around the boardwalk and eating yummy fattening food.
These two weren't having any fun...ha ha!
The kids had a great time on the rides.
Terra loved going on the rides with the boys.
Trent grabbing the ring to throw in the clowns mouth. So much fun!
Up, Up they go on the roller coaster.

The little boys and the big boys had a great time on the ride.

Terra wasn't too sure about this ride.
She really didn't like being alone on the ride. She didn't even crack a smile.

Hard life for these two. Laying in bed watching cartoons.

On the way home from Santa Cruz there was a bit of traffic and we were all hungry and cranky. This one got a little crazy with two pacifiers.
Eric and Tim got in a morning ride around San Francisco.
Terra loved playing in the backyard. Sunny or windy and cold she loves playing.
And then the time came when we had to make our way south.  We had a great time visiting the Sentlingers. We don't see them often enough and I wish we lived closer, maybe one day...
