Terra is 6 months old!

I haven't had too many posts since Terra turned 5 months, that must mean she is keeping me pretty busy.  In the past month, Terra has grown so much. We had her 6 month check up today and she weighs 16 lbs and 8 oz. and she is 26" long. She is in the 60% percentile for weight and height.
Terra is still a really good sleeper during the day and at night. She is still eating like a champ. She eats fruit mixed with oatmeal in the morning and then has a vegetable at lunch. I think soon she will be eating another meal around dinnertime, but for now she is content without a third meal.
Terra has now mastered turning over from her stomach to her back. Pretty soon I think she will be rolling to get to where she wants to be. Before Trent was crawling he was rolling from one end of the room to the other end, I think Terra will be doing the same.  She is also getting better at sitting up by herself and reaching for her toys. Everything seems to be going into her mouth. She is definitely teething, but still only has the two bottom teeth.
She still loves her big brother Trent.  Here is a video of Trent making her laugh...this happens on a daily basis.
Terra is such a happy baby. When she is fed and has had a nap, she is ready to rock and roll. She is really good on the go and just goes with the flow, which is helpful.
 Love this piggies.
Lunch with Kelly and Kaitlyn.
A lazy Saturday morning, I couldn't be happier with this as my view.
All smiles with carrots all over her face.
Terra dressed in her cute tulip dress.  Love her shoes!
 Cousin Madison and Terra
 Auntie April and Terra
Terra's first time in the pool.  She didn't last long because she needed a nap, but I am glad she got her piggies wet.
Tim giving Terra a bit of ice cream.  She enjoyed her taste.
 Cutie pie!
 Crazy Uncle Jeff with Terra.
 Another cute pair of sandals.
Chillin' in her play pen surrounded by her toys.
Terra's smile and laugh continues to brighten our days.

Randoms

Here are a few random pictures from the past month.
Trent playing on his iPad before going for a bike ride with Tim.
While Tim is on his Saturday morning bike ride, the kids and I have been going for a walk.
An awesome April Fools Day joke on Trent. He came home to see his new bedding and stuffed animals...I love the tutu at the end of the bed. Trent thought it was funny, but wanted the pink off his bed ASAP.
Trent went back to basics and got a buzz cut. He was nervous to get the buzz cut, but now loves it and so do I.

Swim-a-Thon

Trent exceeded all of our expectations including his own and swam 175 laps at the swim-a-thon. He swam for two hours and was just short of completing 200 laps by about 12 minutes. That's ok, he has something to work towards next year. We are so proud of Trent and what he accomplished.
The pool was packed with swimmers. It was really a sight to see.  The swim team raised over $115,000, which broke USA Swimming's record of highest fundraising in the United States.
Trent is swimming along in the closest lane. He swam with fins after 20 laps, as did most the swimmers. He kicked with a kick board for a good portion of the 175 laps.
Again, Tim and I are so proud of Trent!
